In 2021, Triumph has prepared its newest retro dual-purpose motorcycle product. The new product is called Triumph Street Scrambler Sandstorm that completes the 900 series.
This special edition of the Triumph Street Scrambler is quite unique because it has also been updated to be fitted with the Euro5 emission regulation.
Design
Triumph replaces the material that is in combustion, by increasing the load of 3 kg from the total. This 2021 version carries the Scrambler style, including a high exhaust on the right side. Then some saddles, side plates, right frame, and much more.
This tri-color scheme with grays and brown on the tank is combined with other standard elements that come on the Triumph Street Scrambler Sandstorm such as a raised gray front fender. It also has a more hidden tail that incorporates a smaller LED light next to the license plate light.
It has been fitted with a robust aluminum skid plate, a protective grille for the front headlight with the shape of the Triumph logo in the center, and rubber bumpers on the tank.
On this occasion, Hinckley engineers wanted to be inspired by the California crossings of yesteryear to apply a new decoration called Sandstorm that gives it a rougher, more sober, and campero appearance.
Engine
For the engine, the special edition of Triumph Scrambler is still packing the same mechanical heart as the standard variant. That is claimed to penetrate 64.1 hp at 7,250 rpm. While the peak torque is listed at 80 Nm / 3,250 rpm.
Price and Availability
Labeled limited-edition, the new motorbike from Triumph Motorcycle is only available as much as 775 units in the world. So it just feels right for the Triumph Scrambler 1200 Sandstorm to be priced starting at £ 9,900, or about 600 pounds pricier than the standard Scrambler 1200.
