Q-Range Lineup
In addition to televisions, Samsung has a large market share in soundbars, thanks to offering a wide variety of models to cover all requirements and budgets.
If you are one of those who want a piece of high-performance equipment that can provide surround sound throughout the room, the company launches the Q range.
Initially, the soundbars in this lineup are designed to accompany the brand’s QLED televisions. One of the most important novelties is that the top model for this year, the HW-Q950A.
Tagged with premium class, Samsung HW-Q950A Soundbar got an increased number of channels and becomes the first soundbar with nothing more and nothing less than 11.1.4 channels.
If instead, you want a soundbar that improves the sound of your television, but without having to make a large outlay, you will also have affordable models with 2.1 channels such as the HW-A550 and HW-A450.
In case you want the balance between premium and budget, you can go for the HW-Q900A that has 7.1.2 channels and maintains the main features of the HW-Q950A.

Samsung’s flagship soundbar for 2021, is the HW-Q950A, which has all the features to satisfy the most demanding consumers. Note that this year, Samsung has decided to put all the meat on the grill to develop this model, which has a whopping 11.1.4 channels.
On each side, two speakers have been added to provide a much more immersive sound that emits sound throughout the entire room.
By using just four speakers (one main speaker soundbar, one subwoofer, and two rear speakers), Samsung 2021 HW-Q950A soundbar produces a standard of high-quality sound than other high-quality AV receivers.
It also boasts SpaceFit Sound features that can analyze space size optimization sound output, and support for AirPlay2. The Q-Series Soundbar is equipped with Q-Symphony technology, which simultaneously outputs sources with Neo QLED TVs, resulting in a wider range of sources.
Price and Availability
There is only one available color for the Samsung HW-Q950A Soundbar. As for the price tag, the South Korean manufacturer is still keeping it close to their chest.
