With the new Beosound Explore, Bang & Olufsen are now also setting standards in the outdoor area. The robust speaker is the perfect companion on all adventure trips.
Design
With its compact, cylindrical housing, a waterproof shoulder strap, and aluminum snap hook, the Beosound Explore can be taken anywhere. With a weight of only 631 grams, the speaker is pleasantly light and never becomes an annoying travel ballast.
The special thing about the new Beosound Explore is that it is the first loudspeaker on the market that is made with hard-anodized aluminum of type 2 and is, therefore, scratch and corrosion resistant like no other.
The outdoor speaker is also IP67 certified. So it is dust- and waterproof so that even a 30-minute stay in one meter of water cannot harm it.
The user interface of the Beosound Explore is kept simple and intuitive and works perfectly even under the harshest weather conditions. Regardless of whether they are covered with water, sand, or grease: The printed sides on the top of the aluminum housing can be perfectly operated at any time thanks to their special feel and excellent visibility.
