The McLaren 600LT Spider by MSO is the exclusive customized version of the British manufacturer’s open-air supercar that has animate the manufacturer’s stand at the Geneva Motor Show last year.
An exclusive and personalized version of the McLaren 600LT Spider, made by the MSO division of the British brand, is the gateway tease new potential customers at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show.
The English supercar presented itself at the event with an exclusively unique design characterized by the Dove Gray bodywork embellished with Napier Green-colored details.
The Napier Green colored inserts on the exterior connect the model to the 675LT since it is one of its original colors and since then it has always been available only in the MSO personalization range. In this case, the Napier Green color is applied to the profiles of the front splitter, the side skirts, the inserts on the sides and the rear diffuser.
The team of designers at the MSO took the opportunity to work and accentuate the avant-garde aspect of the 600LT with scrupulous attention to detail, including the use of innovative materials.
Numerous carbon fiber accessories are available on the McLaren 600LT Spider by MSO, including the appendages on the front fenders. As a further tribute to the 675LT, the external carbon inserts are embellished with a satin finish.
Other features of the included by MSO are a retractable roof in Carbon Black, the 10-spoke ultra-light alloy wheels with a glossy black finish and the brake calipers painted in Napier Green.
In the cockpit, the contrasting Napier Green is stitched on the black upholstery, the ultra-light carbon fiber seats (like those of the Seine), the “600LT” lettering embroidered on the headrests, the pavilion and the steering wheel covered in Alcantara and a series of MSO goodies such as the plate on the central tunnel and the brand engraved on the accelerator pedal.
In addition, the car is also equipped with the McLaren Track Telemetry (MTT) system with a lap time function and three cameras.
The McLaren 600LT Spider is powered by the 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that delivers 600 hp, allowing the British supercar to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 2.9 seconds and touch the 324 km / h top speed with the canopy closed. With the soft-top lowered, the top speed of the 600LT Spider reaches 316 km / h.
