Lenovo has many new products announced at the CES 2019, but one of the most intriguing ones is the Lenovo Yoga A940, an all-in-one PC that many experts see that this product will become the main rival of Microsoft Surface Studio 2.
Like their Microsoft compatriot, the Lenovo Yoga A940 is designed to meet the needs of content creators, especially those who routinely need a digital canvas. The display boasted 27-inch IPS touch screen with 4K resolution with Dolby Vision certification, and of course, this screen can be tilted up to 25 degrees to suit the users need.
The Yoga A940 is also equipped with a Precision Dial, a multi-function knob that can be positioned on the left or right side of the screen. The presence of this accessory allows users to focus more on what is being done, while the other hand makes precise adjustments.
This dial is compatible with various applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Lightroom. For application design, it can be used to adjust brush size, thickness, opacity and much more.
Performance wise the most popular variant is equipped with an eighth generation Intel Core i7 processor, AMD Radeon RX 560 GPU, 32 GB DDR4 RAM, and 512 GB PCIe type SSD. Class specifications are certainly also qualified for multimedia consumption, and Lenovo did not forget to equip it with Dolby Atmos certified speakers.
We also should not ignore the smart design that is applied by Lenovo, such as the screen holder which also functions as a place to store keyboards. Another interesting feature that can be found on the Lenovo YOGA A940 is a special base that can be used to recharge a battery. This wireless battery charging pad can be used to recharge the smartphone battery and the built-in Lenovo Active Pen stylus pen.
Last but not least, the features such as webcams that support Windows Hello and microphone integration are also available, so users can interact with Cortana and Alexa from a distance of up to 4 meters. Lenovo will market the Yoga A940 starting in April 2019 with the price tag starts from $ 2,350 which is cheaper for about $ 1000 compared to the Microsoft Surface Studio.
