Harley-Davidson has officially introduced the 2021 Sportster S. The new motorbike is designed to provide a thrilling driving experience, as well as usher in a new era of Sportster performance.
Engine
The Harley Sportster has been around since the 1957s. And to honor the legacy the 2021 Harley-Davidson Sportster S is packing the Revolution Max 1250T V-Twin engine which has a 1,252 cc, DOHC, water-cooled, 60-degree V-twin, liquid-cooled engine.
The Revolution Max on the Sportster S can generate power of 121 hp at 7,500 rpm and 127 Nm (94 lb-ft) of torque at 6,000 rpm.
Specs
Not just a new engine, but the chassis structure has also changed compared to the older model. The most striking element of the sub-frame is bolted directly to the driveline. HD claims that the configuration significantly reduces the bike’s weight and helps concentrate mass better.
The wheels use cast-aluminum wheels with a five-spoke design package wrapped in wide tires Dunlop/Harley-Davidson Series GT503 180/70-R16 rear and 160/70-R17 front.
Brembo supplies the braking devices where the front uses a single 320 mm disc clamped by four-piston radial monoblock calipers. The rear uses two-piston calipers with 260 mm diameter discs.

Key dimensions of the 2021 Harley-Davidson Sportster S include a low seat height of 755 mm, with both levers that can be adjusted to fit a variety of hand sizes.
